For one special evening, Antelope Valley Winery and Baracoa Cuban Restaurant come together for Cuba Meets Cali, a five course food and wine experience celebrating two cultures around one table.
Your evening begins with Champagne and music on arrival, setting the stage for a carefully curated tasting experience. From there, you’ll enjoy five Cuban inspired courses, each thoughtfully paired with a California wine selected to complement the flavors of the dish.
From savory beef empanadas and Camarón a la Criolla to Ropa Vieja, a classic Cuban sandwich, and sweet fried plantains, each course takes you a little deeper into the flavors of Cuba, while the wines move from bright and aromatic to rich, bold, and beautifully sweet.
This isn’t a typical dinner at the winery. It’s a chance to slow down, experience each pairing, and discover how Cuban cuisine and California wine can bring out something completely different in one another.
