 houghtfully paired with a California wine selected to complement the flavo
 rs of the dish.\n\nFrom savory beef empanadas and Camarón a la Criolla to
  Ropa Vieja\, a classic Cuban sandwich\, and sweet fried plantains\, each 
 course takes you a little deeper into the flavors of Cuba\, while the wine
 s move from bright and aromatic to rich\, bold\, and beautifully sweet.\n\
 nThis isn’t a typical dinner at the winery. It’s a chance to slow down
