Luminous Atlantis-Themed Spectacle Coming to Camarillo Premium Outlets
This summer, Ventura County welcomes a dazzling new attraction drawing inspiration from the legendary sunken civilization of Atlantis.
The creators at Imaginarium, renowned for producing spectacular illuminated celebrations nationwide, have revealed plans to unveil their newest venture at Camarillo Premium Outlets starting Friday, August 8.
Running until Sunday, October 12, this open-air celebration will transform over 1.5 acres using more than five million individual lights. Event producers promise a walkable journey suitable for every generation, featuring nine luminescent aquatic zones that merge magical installations with surrounding audio environments and dynamic participatory elements.
Imaginarium describes how attendees will "move rhythmically among brilliant coral formations and underwater gardens," meet radiant marine life, and discover an ancient sanctuary reportedly containing "mysteries once revealed by primordial sea spirits."
Every thematic section will showcase carefully arranged photography stations complete with decorative elements like an ornate shell seat, weathered wood swing, and lunar arc—all seamlessly integrated within the glowing landscape.
Entry passes also provide access to John's Adrenaline Circus, an energetic live entertainment described by producers as featuring daily presentations of "spectacular performances and incredible feats."
Situated at 740 E. Ventura Blvd. in Camarillo, this "Atlantis" adventure operates 7–10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, extending until 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday evenings.
Complimentary parking will be provided, alongside food and drink vendors available for purchase.
Imaginarium operates under the International Culture Exchange Group, which pioneered America's inaugural Chinese Lantern Festival in 2011. The organization claims responsibility for creating over 50 family-oriented experiences throughout California and Arizona. Their 2025 agenda includes launching six additional traveling exhibitions across twelve metropolitan areas.
