“This Valley Is Sacred: The Ancestors Are Speaking,” a collaboration between curators Bruce Love, PhD, and Latipa, and MOAH’s Native American Advisory Council, transports visitors through the history of the Antelope Valley’s seven tribes.

The exhibition begins with creation and pre-invasion abundance, then explores the atrocities of forced labor, near-extermination, and land theft.

It culminates in the resilience and cultural revival of Native peoples today.
