Originating in 16th-century Spain, Talavera tiles have long been renowned for their beautiful motifs and artisanship. Join us to learn about the history of these iconic ceramics and recreate your own Talavera style design. For ages 13 – 17. This program is part of LA County Library's My Brother's Keeper mentoring program and features an MBK Peer Advocate as a co-host and youth mentor.
