Do something different this Mother’s Day by taking mom out to our special partner yoga class! Appropriate for ages 10 and up, we will be exploring how we can work together to find additional support and joy in our asana. Class will be suitable for most levels, as we will focus primarily on creating additional stability and stretch in common postures. It’s sure to be a fantastic time moving, breathing, laughing, and playing together. Class will conclude with some time to take pictures in your poses while sipping on some bubbly! or orange juice for littles!
Note that this is a supportive class, not an acro-yoga class.
