Early Bird Express is a half hour to 45 minute class to revitalize busy people with busy lives.
An Express class is designed to harnesses your Yin and Yang energy and help capture your tension and stress so you can release it in a healthy holistic way. This practice starts with a Vinyasa flow, then winds down with a slower, feel-good sequence so you can release and let your stress go. You will leave feeling grounded, focused and excited for the day ahead. Music and themes may be a little more specific to this class.
