Seniors step into nature with the Movers & Shakers Club!
The Movers & Shakers Club invites seniors to join us for a leisurely stroll through the beautiful Prime Desert Woodland Preserve.
Every Wednesday at 9AM, the club will take you through the Prime Desert Woodland Preserve trail, which will help increase physical activity among seniors.
No registration needed; just drop in! Don’t forget to bring comfortable apparel and shoes for walking!
