Seniors step into nature with the Movers & Shakers Club!🚶🌳 ☀️ The Movers & Shakers Club invites seniors to join us for a leisurely stroll through the beautiful Prime Desert Woodland Preserve.
Every Wednesday at 9 a.m. beginning on September 20, the club will take you through the Prime Desert Woodland Preserve trail, which will help increase physical activity among seniors.
No registration needed; just drop in! Don’t forget to bring comfortable apparel and shoes for walking!
