The old Taylor is dead and the new Taylor is… still filling mega venues with undeniably catchy pop songs. Since the somewhat murky reception to 2019’s Reputation, Swift has rebounded with records like the introspective folklore and the moody Midnights, as well as her project to re-record her first half-dozen albums after losing ownership of their masters.
As for her live shows, Swift was set to inaugurate SoFi Stadium back in the summer 2020 with her Lover Fest West concerts. The world, of course, had other plans when it came to massive gatherings, but Swift will finally have her night (or rather five of them) at the Inglewood stadium in 2023 with “The Eras Tour,” which will bring along HAIM for all of the dates, as well as Gracie Abrams on August 3 and 8, Owenn on August 4 and Gayle on August 5 and 9.
