Halloween Glow Yoga at One Core Fitness

This class is a blast. They will have black lights, glow sticks and an orange and purple disco ball light. The music and the poses will be funky and will fit the occasion. Beginners definitely welcome. This is included in your regular memberships, so come on and try it out!
