Mexico’s premier dance company, Ballet Folklórico de Mexico de Amália Hernández, has been celebrating the country’s rich history and vibrant culture since 1952.
In this unique program, the company brings together lively movements, colorful costumes, and bright music performed by the Los Angeles Philharmonic under the baton of longtime collaborator Carlos Miguel Prieto.
The ensembles will perform works by Márquez, Moncayo, Revueltas, and more, showcasing the revered traditional dance company’s expertise in Mexican folklore.
