New Year's Eve Extravaganza!
This will be an elegant black tie and gown event celebration. Think red carpet with lights, cameras, and action. The event will take place in a HUGE heated tent at Big Shotz.
Cocktail hour will be from 6-7:00 p.m. followed by dinner at 8:00 p.m.
Soup and salad bar:
Soups, Antipasto, Salads, Variety of Breads.
Carving Station:
Prime Rib or Filet Mignon, Roasted Turkey, Ham, Horseradish Sauce, Red Wine Reduction Mushroom Sauce.
Meats:
Roasted Pork Loin, Roasted Chicken.
Seafood Bar:
Crab Legs, Shrimp, Mussels, Bacon Wrapped Scallops, White Wine Caper Tilapia or Sole.
