As part of mindfulness practice, breathing methods, guided imagery, and other techniques are used to help relax the body and mind.

Make a colorful sand mandala and learn ways to stay focused and relaxed while practicing mindfulness.

For ages 12 - 18.

 

Admission Details: Attendance is limited, and advance registration is required. Please register every individual in your party, including kids. This will be used to save your spots in the program. We cannot guarantee availability for any unregistered attendees.
