Re-energize your mind, body, and soul with our slow-flowing gentle yoga practice and meditation set in the serene and secluded pavilion at the Preserve. This donation-based class is perfect for beginners or those who enjoy a slower more mindful-based practice.
These classes are offered the first and third WEDNESDAY of every month from 5:30-6:30 p.m. in the Pavillion. These classes are free, but a $5 donation to the instructor is welcome. The instructor is Jennifer Hassan of Jena Bella Skin Care & Yoga Studio in Lancaster.
