(5-12 yrs.) Pizza Kids: Breakfast students will learn to make a proof dough and turn it into a breakfast-themed pizza! In the process of preparation, participants will learn how to bake bacon and cook eggs.Participants learn seasoning, preparation methods and presentation tips through chef demonstration and hands-on cooking.
Pizza Kids is a part of the Cooking with Class series of courses with Althea Anderson. This series of courses is designed to delight your senses and entertain your taste buds. Learn expert cooking techniques from a professional chef. Cuisine oriented menus are designed for beginners and casual chefs alike.
