(13-17 yrs.) Pizza Teens: Taco students will learn how to make a proof dough and turn it into a taco-themed pizza. Participants learn knife skills, seasoning, preparation methods and presentation tips through chef demonstration and hands-on cooking.
Pizza Teens is a part of the Cooking with Class series of courses with Althea Anderson. This series of courses is designed to delight your senses and entertain your taste buds. Learn expert cooking techniques from a professional chef. Cuisine oriented menus are designed for beginners and casual chefs alike.
