INSTRUCTION: OnGrid offers personalized, one on one instruction that you will spend all of your on track sessions with. Our instructors are hand-picked trained professionals. Having an instructor starts prior to the event with an email from our head instruction to get some background on you, and to understand your wants and needs as a driver, along with what you would like to get out of the experience. After your drivers meeting, you will have a meet and greet with your instructor before going out on track.
Each session will be documented by your instructor and turned in to OnGrid’s Directors and Lead Instructor at the end of the day. After reviewing your evaluation, we will reach back out to you and go over your progression, along with how you can further improve your skills.
At the end of the day, you, the student will also have the chance to evaluate your instructor (privately). This helps us assess our instructors and make necessary changes to our program. We want to make sure your needs as a driver are met.
