We will discuss this book in verse by Thanhh Lai. This book explores themes of war, family, culture shock, bullying, and the enduring spirit of the human race. Afterwards we will create a variety of poetry, from haiku to sonnets. For Grades 4 – 8. Attendance is limited, and advance registration is required. Please register every individual in your party, including kids. This will be used to save your spots in the program. We cannot guarantee availability for any unregistered attendees.
