SUMMARY:Unrooted Race Series 5k/10k
DESCRIPTION:This race benefits the Transplants Charitable Organization\, a 
 Non-Profit which donates funds to various charities and non profit organiz
 ations around the Antelope Valley\, including the Palmdale Community Found
 ation.  \n\nThe course will be on paved\, mostly flat roads on minor str
 eets and residential areas.  Courses will be marked using chalk\, signs\,
  and volunteers along the race route. An official map will be made availab
 le prior to the race on the event website.  There will be aid stations al
 ong the race route. Cut off time 2 hours from race start.  \n\nThere wil
 l be a 5k race and a 10k race. Race participants will receive a post -race
  beer (21+)\, a shirt (sizes selected during registration. Participants re
 gistering after the price increase will receive shirts based on availabili
 ty\, but not guaranteed) raffle ticket and a finisher medal. Vendors will 
 have samples and goodies at their booths during the post run expo as well.
  Volunteers will receive a shirt and a beer (21+). \n\nIced Above will al
 so be back from 11-4 serving up their amazing Michaladas & Palletas to hel
 p you spice up and cool down after the race with non-alcoholic options als
 o available !\n\nTipsy Moon will be in at 10am to feed you for their Hango
 ver Brunch with Tipsy Moon & Transplants Brewing. Refuel after the race!!
