DESCRIPTION:Scott McLaughlin grew up in a small Southern California town su
 rrounded by dairy farms\, ranches and horse shows. Scott’s love for musi
 c began with listening to the classic rock stylings of Lynyrd Skynyrd and 
 The Allman Brothers Band on the radio. His passion for country music took 
 off like a rocket after receiving his first guitar from his father at age 
 13. Heavily influenced by Garth Brooks’ album “In Pieces” and Fleetw
 ood Mac’s “The Dance”\, Scott began writing and performing his own m
 usic in high school. While attending college\, Scott continued to hone his
  music and vocal talent forming several bands and actively performing thro
 ughout Southern California. Ultimately encouraged by his parents\, Scott t
 ook a leap of faith and dedicated all of his time and efforts to his music
